Associate/Manager


This role actively supports complex organizational transformation project management, process improvement, and change management efforts forwards for clients to help them achieve their strategic objectives.

Associates have experience in consulting and contribute to growing the company in addition to project roles.

The Associate will work on a dynamic team comprised of highly experienced policy and program design specialists, data analysts and engineers, and highly engaged clients to meet fast-paced project requirements and provide analytic and program management support.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients and clients' stakeholders to advance "asis" to "tobe" state through hightouch stakeholder management.
  • Work with a diverse group of stakeholders to maximize performance and organizational effectiveness by improving business processes, documenting policies, and processes, optimizing organizational structures and teams, prioritizing, and implementing initiatives, and developing performance measures.
  • Engage in change management activities to support the implementation of new policies and procedures through change planning, training, and strategic communications.
  • Design and provide guidance for communications initiatives, branding strategies, and campaigns targeted to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide workforce management support such as career pathing, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Conduct organizational assessments gap analyses and provide recommendations to improve the client's capabilities, programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop strategic plans and methods for assessing the implementation of strategies.
  • Conduct interviews with client's employees, management team, and other stakeholders to gather qualitative data to inform recommendations to client.
  • Support projects and company growth initiatives
  • Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives.
  • Seek out leadership opportunities to develop skills in leading teams and managing initiatives.
  • Contribute towards our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own, by demonstrating interest in supervising and supporting the growth of others.

Required Qualifications:

Because of the nature of the government contract that this position supports, a US Citizenship is required.

  • 37 years management consulting or related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience providing strategic communications, analysis, project management, requirements gathering, and/or organizational change management support in a fastpaced, missionoriented environment where attention to detail is critical.
  • Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement (including seniorlevel leaders) and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Ability to analyze systems integration processes and challenges and to identify resolutions.
  • Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools
  • Proven to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
  • Strong interest in working in a consulting firm and learning business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects.

Pay:
$90, $125,000.00 per year
