- Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day functions including AR, AP, and Repairs and Maintenance
- Manage Lease Administration, critical dates, tenant notices
- Oversee Tenant Improvements and Capital Improvements
- Input and manage Yardi lease data for the portfolio
- Prepare financial analysis, annual budgets, and CAM reconciliations
- Manage vendor and tenant relations
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Provide upper management with a bi-weekly Portfolio Review
- Must have 3-6 years previous experience managing a retail center as Commercial Property Manager
- Proficiency with inputting retail leases and managing tenant ledgers in Yardi Voyager
- Proficiency in drafting and interpreting real estate contracts and leases
- Strong vendor relations and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to oversee Tenant Improvements and Capital Improvements
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet proficiency required
- Superb written and verbal communication skills

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team in Santa Monica. This is not a hybrid position. This role facilitates all commercial property management activities for an approximately 500,000 square foot portfolio of 7-10 retail and office properties. Salary based on experience.

The Company's current portfolio of 41 properties has an estimated market value of over $500 million, containing a mix of retail centers, office buildings and apartment complexes, ranging from Hawaii to North Carolina, but largely concentrated in Southern California.
To maximize investor returns and control, the Company is vertically integrated with over 50 employees across acquisitions, accounting, asset management, leasing, and construction.
Levy Affiliated invests in real estate on behalf of high net worth individuals, family trusts and institutional investors.
To date, 19 properties have been sold, allowing investors to realize a weighted average leveraged return of 67% per year on realized investments and a 4.0x equity multiple.
