    **Allgeier Air** of **Louisville, KY** is currently hiring for a customer service driven **full-time HVAC Tech Dispatcher/Home Services CSR** to join our office team This dispatch position works a **full-time schedule** and earns a **competitive pay rate** depending on skills and experience.     **HVAC TECH DISPATCHER REQUIREMENTS**

    As an HVAC Tech Dispatcher/Home Services CSR for us, you are the voice of our company You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, dispatch technicians, and provide customer service. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team

    Experience scheduling service calls and dispatching technicians

    Professional phone experience

    Computer savvy

    High school education or equivalent
