Responsibilities- This position is a customer service position providing patient support for front-end processing and product support for one or more pharmacy programs.
- The Associate Custer Service Representative plays a vital role in patient satisfaction by facilitating their access to pharmacy care.
- Individuals in this role should be passionate about providing quality service, possess empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency.
- The ideal candidate would be someone who is an effective communicator, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- All Associate Customer Service Representatives are responsible for accurate and efficient data-entry of patient demographics and case management documentation.
