    OVERVIEW:

    Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of worlds largest distributors of Health care systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products,seeks an accomplished Customer Service Rep.

    ** TITLE: Customer Service Rep

    ** LOCATION: Remote mainly | 5101 Jefferson Commerce Blvd. Louisville, KY 40219

    ** DURATION: 2 months + Contract with high possibility of extension

    ** WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 1030AM-7PM OR Monday- Friday 11am-730pm

    Candidate being able to be in the office when needed.

    Registered with KY Board of Pharmacy (valid Registration required)

    Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
    • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
    • Provide accurate information to the caller.
    • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
    • Resolve the callers needs.
    • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
    • Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
    • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

    Job Requirements:

    • Education: High School diploma.
    • Previous call center experience preferred.
    • Previous healthcare experience desired
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
