- Process employee payroll, bi-weekly using ISolved and MITC
- Process new hire paperwork in the HRIS system
- Lead open enrollment activities with support from the insurance broker
- Process 403b payroll contributions
- Assist with updating ISolve with position, location, and salary changes
- Ensure employee physicals, driving licenses, registrations are in compliance with licensing regulations
- Maintain all supporting documents such as request for time-off and employee timesheets, where applicable
- Serves as back up to Billing Specialist
- Serves as back up to Accounting Clerk
- Non-remote position
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, billing and/or payroll
