Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees and management.
This is a critical role that requires strong knowledge of workforce management, employment labor law, and strategic planning.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and new hire orientation
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Assist with organization design initiatives to optimize workforce effectiveness
- Stay uptodate on employment labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR practices
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment labor law, and industry trends
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforcenow) for data management and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Experience with FingerCheck system is a plus
- Project management skills to effectively manage HR initiatives

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
