Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees and management.

This is a critical role that requires strong knowledge of workforce management, employment labor law, and strategic planning.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and new hire orientation
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Assist with organization design initiatives to optimize workforce effectiveness
  • Stay uptodate on employment labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR practices

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment labor law, and industry trends
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforcenow) for data management and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience with FingerCheck system is a plus
  • Project management skills to effectively manage HR initiatives
