Listed below you will find the primary responsibilities, however the position is not limited those specific functions.


Administrative

  • Provide coordination and support to the Human Resources department
  • HRIS and benefit reporting a must
  • Expert level Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Complete employment verifications and/or verification letters utilizing internal guidelines
  • Responsible for record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry
  • Review/Process monthly billings from vendors, focused on accuracy, internal accounting codes and forwarding to AP for payment.
  • Resolve discrepancies with vendors.
  • Maintain accuracy in the creation of all new personnel files, to include followup on any missing information. Completion of filing tasks (i.e. file auditing, offsite storage coordination, maintaining compliance, etc.)
  • Complete criminal background and drug screening
  • Process Tuition program

Employee Relations

  • Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding activities to ensure associates gain an understanding of Company information and benefit plans and enrollment provisions
  • Assist with the organization of Associate Relation special activities/events

Recruitment/Staffing

  • Assist in staffing and recruitment
  • Assist in completing reference checks and processing new hire background and drug screenings with the appropriate vendors
HR Experience beneficialBA preferred, Associate degree with experience considered
