_Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking a Full-time HR Coordinator for it's Allentown Location._

Human Resources leader at a County nursing home:
(Full job description upon interview)

  • Administratively run a County nursing home Human Resources Department under direction of Cedarbrook Administrator/Director
  • Administratively execute County benefit and policy tasks under direction of Lehigh County Human Resources.
  • Work with County Fiscal/IT departments to ensure Time and Attendance processes are completed by the Cedarbrook HR department.
  • Manage Human Resources transactions.
  • Participate in investigations with nursing home office heads.
  • In coordination with the Administrator/Director and County Government Human Resources, maintains communications with labor unions and participates in contract negotiations.
  • Handles matters with Unemployment, EEOC, Safety Committee functions, Workers Compensation, and other state and federal programs.
  • Provide consultation and support to nursing home leadership as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required training/qualifications:


  • Highly preferred to have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare HR is preferred, and 3+ years in nursing home HR is highly preferred.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in Human Resources at an elevated level.
  • A combination of a education or experience may be considered.
