    Description


    An employer for a large insurance company is looking for a Change Manager to join a team of 3-4+ members and support the Agile Coaches.

    The Projects this team is supporting is the Agile Transformation & Tool Consolidations Projects.

    This person will be supporting IT Teams as they change/transform into Agile Teams, communicating with Domain Teams Domains), communicate trainings on new tools they are using/implementing within company, and running small projects (as needed).

    70% will be focused on Agile Transformations
    30% will be focused on tool consolidation (communicating/training to IT Teams)

    Role is 100% REMOTE - prefer LOCAL candidates
    REMOTE - must travel to Brea 1x every few months
    LOCAL - must travel to Brea 1x every other week

    The employment would be for a 6month contract, with possibility to be converted to Full Time Employee based on performance

    Required Skills & Experience

    5+ years of experience with Change Management
    2+ years of experience with Agile Experience
    2+ years of experience with Jira (Cloud version preferred)

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    BA Degree
    Change Management Certifications

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
