We are a $1 Billion financial institution located in Orange County, looking for Real Estate Servicing Representative with excellent customer service skills, initiative and a desire to work in a team setting.

This
Position Summary

This position reports to the Director of Real Estate Servicing and provides loan servicing support in all areas of Real Estate servicing.

As a RE Servicing Representative, you are responsible for new loan system setup, processing of payments, payoffs, daily balancing, and tracking of lien releases.

In addition, you can look forward to responding to member service requests and providing service excellence via phone, fax and mail.

The salary ranges for positions are based on current market industry studies as well as job_

- evaluations. During the offer phase Management will determine the appropriate compensation within the compensation range based on experience, education and internal equity._

The compensation hourly salary range for this position is $20.60$25.76._

Qualifications

2+ more years' experience and/or education in residential mortgage loan servicing specific to payment processing, generation of payoff statements, escrow management, new loan set up, lien releases and answering member inquiries in writing and via telephone.
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of mortgage loan terminology and documentation
Knowledge of state and federal laws, compliance regulations for residential mortgage loans
Knowledge of secondary market sales & service guidelines for mortgage loans preferred
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and resolve problems
Time management and organizational skills to rapidly adapt and respond to a constantly changing environment
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Flexibility with changing work schedule due to business needs including overtime as needed

Schedule

Onsite Position Mon-Fri (40 hours a week) with opportunity to work hybrid after 90 days of employment.**:
