international management consulting firm that guides organizations towards new ways of working (New Work) and supports them through the change management process.

Our goal is to bring our clients up to date in terms of
corporate culture, office architecture, work organization, and modern media technology, thereby promoting their competitiveness, efficiency, and attractiveness as an employer in a sustainable way.

We conduct
change management to drive cultural transformation, develop
architectural solutions, and complement these new possibilities with consulting on agile, digital, and paperless work methods.

BICG is headquartered in
Madrid, Spain, but its origins are in Germany. As a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute IAO, BICG was founded in 1999 and built up from Madrid. Since then, BICG has served clients in
Germany, Spain, Italy, France, and Mexico. We currently employ around 70 people who make up our company.

Our consultants and experts come from various countries, disciplines, and sectors, providing our firm with extensive and multidisciplinary expertise, as well as a unique and shared life and work philosophy that we are proud of.

We are currently looking for a
change management consultant. The position is based in Madrid.
