    **Customer Service Representative**

    The Customer Service Representative works with the sales team to ensure proper coverage of sales territories relating to communication, proposals, customer requirements, etc. Prepare detailed quotations and provide follow-up to capture order. Prepare sales orders from purchase orders as required.

    **Your responsibilities**

    + Develop proposals and obtain purchase orders from customers

    + Monitor project timelines to determine when customers should be contacted with parts purchase options

    + Ensure all customer needs are being met and there is a smooth transition between purchase and delivery

    + Promote spare parts sales by providing customer service assistance and proposal preparation

    + Provide timely and accurate feedback on proposals, competitive action, complaints, disputes, and opportunities

    + Execute purchase orders on time and within budget**What you bring**

    + 2-5 years of experience in a similar customer-focused role

    + Strong technical aptitude

    + Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and database navigation

    + Effective communication skills with a proactive approach to engage with customers, colleagues, and suppliers

    + Ability to quickly organize a high-volume, deadline-based workload

    + Experience in the selling of FLS systems and equipment a plus**What we offer**
