Responsibilities:


  • Processing incoming customer orders
  • Preparation of export and customs documents
  • Handling of longterm supplier declarations and proof of delivery documents
  • Management and processing of customer consignment warehouses
  • Maintenance of customerbased master data in the ERP system
  • Close coordination with sales, production planning, production and shipping at interfaces
  • Ensuring optimal support for a defined customer base
  • Processing of complaints in close coordination with sales and quality management
  • Participation in special projects, e.g. the introduction of SAP/R3 or the further development of processes

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (preferably in industry or wholesale and foreign trade)
  • Knowledge of customs/export is an advantage
  • Professional experience in the areas of customer service, order processing and export handling in a manufacturing company
  • Proficient in working with ERP systems (ideally Navision & SAP/R3) and common MS Office applications
  • Very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Independent, selfdirected and goaloriented work style
  • Reliability and team spirit
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Handson mentality
