Your responsibilities:


  • Advise customers on all matters related to statutory health and longterm care insurance, as well as the special offers of Techniker
  • Coordinate customer inquiries
  • Provide information on benefits from other social insurance providers
  • Conduct customer retention calls

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a social insurance specialist or healthcare management clerk
  • Indepth knowledge of all matters related to statutory health and longterm care insurance
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong customer orientation and positive attitude
  • High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to have a flexible work schedule
