    Confluent Medical Technologies is growing We're looking for Account Managers to join our Commercial team

    Our Account Managers are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with our customers and our product development team to achieve mutual success.

    They will be an advocate for the customer to seek resolution of issues with Commercial, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality.

    This person will be responsible for account management at multiple sites.

    This person will communicate directly with customers, the PD team and the Commercial team to provide timely solutions to customers' requests.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and foster relationships with customers
    Drive resolutions of issues for Commercial and Development teams (includes Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering)
    Understand customer requirements and be able to hold both the customer and Confluent accountable to commitments
    Work with the Project Management Team and the Engineering Team to serve as the voice of the customer
    Responsible for Change Order Management processes (quote entry, order entry, contract review, and resolve discrepancies when needed with customer)
    Assist Commercial and Project Managers to help meet customer's request to expedite and/or change order request
    Support Commercial team to get answers at the site level
    Facilitate customer calls regarding project updates, change requests and customer complaints


    Requirements:
    Must exhibit decision making & problem solving skills: needs to understand customer, products and processes in order to communicate issue and help provide solution to achieve customer satisfaction
    Must exhibit ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and customer in order to drive efficient resolution of issues
    Must exhibit ability to multi-task with strong organization, prioritization, and follow through
    Must be able to comprehend internal and external documentation (customer drawings/specs, quality documentation and company procedures)
    Highly responsive customer service attitude
    ERP/database experience
    Technical, project management, or appropriate industry experience is a plus
    Technical or Business Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience in related field
