Your Responsibilities

  • Expanding the contact network and actively acquiring new customers
  • Independent planning, conception, and implementation of market strategies
  • Close collaboration with the sales team and our partner network
  • Identifying potential market opportunities and developing innovative approaches
  • Professional marketing of our services and presenting projects to clients
  • Identifying current challenges and customer needs (needs analysis)
  • Preparing offers and negotiating contracts
  • Monitoring and analyzing competition activities and market developments

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed education or degree
  • Several years of sales and key account experience in car dealerships (fleet/fleet management), ideally experience in claims management
  • Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership structures
  • Experience in successful acquisition and potential-oriented development of new customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong persuasive abilities
  • High customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and fluent in German
  • Willingness to travel nationally
