Description
Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager is an integral part of our customer service process, with a primary focus on strengthening the relationship between physicians and our radiology department to increase imaging referrals.
In addition to fostering strong relationships, the Business Development Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating new initiatives for process improvement.
This includes a specific focus on operations to enhance the patient experience and promote department service lines.The Business Development Manager will drive initiatives that optimize patient satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare facility.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field required; MBA or MHA highly preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare, marketing or customer service setting, 3 years preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
None required.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE,
AND ABILITIES:
Mastery of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Microsoft Work, Excel, and Access. Ability to multi-task and self-manage. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, good judgement and maturity.
