    Business Development ManagerWe're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead Exiger's team of Commercial BDRs in generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing and mentoring a high-performing team.


    What You'll Do:
    Lead a team to help identify, qualify, develop and close new business with an emphasis on corporationsDevelop targeted campaigns, qualify leads and set new sales appointments within identified prospectsCollaborate with Exiger's Marketing team on marketing efforts and campaign execution, including conferences, webinars and knowledge-share eventsWork closely with sales operations to enhance processes, tools, and systems to ensure streamlined lead management and reporting efficiencyIdentify and analyze underlying client's business and sales issues to match the appropriate solution/technology to the clients' requirementsMaintain records of sales visits, appointments, contacts, and sales campaigns in the global CRM across the BDR teamMeet sales revenue objectives

    What You Need:

    Minimum of 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with additional experience in sales managementStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales teamKnowledge of the processes and daily workflow of corporate compliance focused professionalsDeep understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and tools of 6Sense and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorAbility to drive new business opportunities within new prospects, as well as ability to increase revenue from existing clientsAbility to effectively handle multiple activities ensuring revenue goals are achievedBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related fieldWe're an amazing place to work.
