    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    This job is all about seeking out new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and presenting unique solutions to prospective clients. As a key member of ABM, you will be responsible for orchestrating the sales process, communicating value, and building strong partnerships to deliver top-notch service.




    Essential Functions:
    • Conduct cold call activities and network to secure appointments
    • Plan and execute growth strategies for existing clients
    • Collaborate with businesses for innovative solutions
    • Develop risk-mitigation strategies and pricing options
    • Benchmark partner facilities and maintain strong business partnerships
    • Generate impactful proposals and participate in sales training
    • Coordinate with operations and sales team members
    • Develop technical abilities in discussing HVAC equipment
    • Prepare estimates for maintenance contracts
    • Provide total facilities solutions
    • Collaborate with various teams including Lighting, Power, and Energy

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience: 2+ years in facilities services or service sales
    • Other: Ability to communicate effectively, leadership skills, proven ability to build relationships, collaborate with teams, write compelling proposals, well-organized, motivated to grow professionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
