    **Job Description**

    Manages event logistics as part of a project team.

    Create, manage, and communicate the project plans for assigned events, with-event, during, and post-event for virtual/hybrid/face-to-face events to ensure exceptional delivery.

    Support strategic initiatives by working with multiple stakeholders to connect program concepts to strategy.

    Plan and execute virtual/hybrid/face-to-face events to include but not limited to: project timelines, event information documents, budgeting and approvals, data analysis and reporting, research and sourcing, health/safety/security, and sustainability.

    Work as part of the planning team on events to support attendee experience and revenue goals.

    Collaborate and manage deliverables with other internal departments and external vendors, to include, but not limited to: procurement, signage, communications, conference fulfillment, exhibition fulfillment, and sponsorship fulfillment.

    Manages pre- and onsite facility interactions; including but not limited to venue, decorator, freight, audio visual, and virtual/hybrid platform.

    Communicates and completes food & beverage orders.

    Collaborate with event operations colleagues to share industry updates, promote best practices, drive synergies and consistency and foster a culture of innovation to highlight a client-centric approach.

    Assists in the development of the annual budgets and updates monthly forecasts.

    Supports establishing the foundation of event in virtual platform understanding overall functionality to create a quality user experience.

    Acts as Health/Safety/Security advocate for assigned events.

    Assists in making risk assessments and incident response plans. Writes incident reports. Fulfills incident response team role as designated.

    Supports and promotes sustainability initiatives internally and externally.

    **Qualifications**

    Building and maintaining relationships and understanding customer needs.

    Proven prior experience in working in cross-functional teams.

    Managing stakeholders internally and externally.

    Strong collaboration and communication skills written, verbal, presentation.

    Prior experience of establishing a shared service operation.

    Proven expertise in managing project activity, ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

    Change leadership; support colleagues and team in a rapidly changing environment.
