• Novel knock out candidate identification for cell therapy product (scRNAseq, bulkRNAseq, etc) 
• Advanced CAR-T and Gene Therapy cell engineering using novel genome editing toolbox and multi-delivery methods (LNP, EP)
• Testing and screening new genome editing systems (Type II, Type V, and Type VI enzymes); designing sgRNA
• Off-target analysis (both in-lab and in silico) for specificity and efficiency of gene editing 
• Cell based functional assays for characterization of therapeutic efficacy (ELISA, luciferase, western, ddPCR) 
• Designed sophisticated scRNAseq analysis pipeline (python and R based tools implemented)
