    Description
    We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst for a large non-profit in the New York City area. This role is 100% remote


    Job Function:
    supporting the organizations affordable housing development and community team
    responsible for financial planning and analysis to support the month end close
    handle collections, cash receipts, financial statements and journal entries


    Job Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Construction, or related field.
    Accounting experience 1-3 Years with emphasis on monthly closing, and compilation of Financial Statements preferably in a Non-Profit environment.
    Proficiency with MS Excel (pivot table and VLOOKUP must), Word and Outlook.
    Communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
