Duration : 6 Months Contract

Work Schedule :
On-site role the team is currently in 3 days-a-week.

Must have:

Must have Excel skills and will be analyzing large data sets. Will be performing entry and cleanup of data.
Must be able to communicate well as will be interacting with many other internal groups.
SAP experience a plus.

Description/Comment:

Consolidating and validating data for 700+ contracts across 30+ individuals across Tech Finance and Portfolio during forecast cycles and quartercloses
Cleaning up coding in our current system of record for thirdparty contractual spend, Procurement Path
Ensuring tech teams are entering in information for new contracts correctly and completely into Procurement Path at intake
Working with Portfolio on behalf of Finance to make enhancements to Procurement Path or any other system we decide to use to support our financial close and forecast processes
Providing ad hoc analyses and presentation support on professional services for the Tech Finance team

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or a scientific field

Preferred Qualifications

Related work experience in FP&A or public accounting
Experience working crossfunctionally with individuals outside of Finance and Accounting
Experience using SAP, Cognos TM1, Hyperion or other enterprise financial systems.
