    They have some of the largest tech companies in the world partnering with them in their mission and have raised funding from some of the most notable leaders in the ecommerce industry.

    They are looking for a Product Leader to come in and take what theyve built, lead the team, and drive the company forward through its next few phases of growth.

    The product team sets the vision for our products and works closely with other disciplines across the company to successfully execute on the broader organizational vision.

    What youll do My client is seeking a product visionary to build the next generation of payment technology.

    The VP of Product will contribute to the continuous growth and success by setting and executing a holistic product strategy.

    The VP of Product will oversee a team of talented individuals, unifying distinct product lines into one seamless experience. This leader will work closely with executive leadership to develop our long term product vision.

    We are looking for someone with senior leadership experience, who has delivered in a fast paced company with a portfolio of digital products at different stages of maturity.

    You will leverage data to make solid decisions and execute rapidly to drive success as we scale the companys products in line with our customer needs.

    Responsibilities Execute on product vision, translating the companys mission and product vision into a unified and seamless experience across all products and lines of business.

    Drive cross functional strategy, define roadmaps, and guide decisions on where to invest, increasing value for our business and customers from a holistic productmarketchannelmodel view.

    Organize and drive team deliverables against roadmaps while collaborating with other functional leads.

    Drive product outcomes and metrics toward the companys north star goals, balancing revenue objectives with investment in more strategic, longer-term product development.

    Develop and grow the team to successfully deliver on their product areas, providing thought leadership to help them when facing obstacles, and invest in their continuous improvement and career growth.

    Champion a customer-centric culture, constantly questioning and testing assumptions and biases around the needs and wants of our customers and using research to inform decision making.

    Leverage metrics and data to inform the product strategy, translating test results and insights into levers that will result in impactful products.

    Partner closely with Product Designers and Software Engineers to concept and deliver world-class Fintech product features. Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing. Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans. Effectively prioritize and define product features so that Engineering, and others, can collaboratively design and execute. Cultivate a high-performing, one-team culture, particularly across product, sales & marketing, engineering, and design.

    Who you are8+ years of experience managing and leading global FinTech or payments organization A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Finance (MBA or Masters Degree strongly preferred) Growth mindset with a strong desire to collaborate Experience building and iterating on products or feature areas from 0-to-1 Strong drive and curiosity to come up with new ideas, identify opportunities and create vision to drive the business forward Data driven with experience translating test results and insights into levers that drive impactful company metrics.
