We seek an innovative, experienced product leader with a track record of driving GTM capabilities for new AI products from concept to successful delivery, market leadership, and ACV growth.

This role will report closely to the product, marketing, and distribution teams.

It will be responsible for developing scale sales programs, field enablement, strategic deals, partnering with GSIs, and bringing insights from the field into the product and Marketing organizations.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure early product success in the market by developing scaled programs and content to drive engagement, pipeline, and ACV.
  • Build and supervise success metrics for programs.
  • Synthesize the needs across regions and industries to build and scale components that can act as multipliers across distribution channels and market segments.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing, Enablement, and POP teams to develop and deliver internal training and scale content and resources.
  • AI transformation and thought leadership. Support Salesforce, partner, and industry speaking events as required.
  • Support crosscloud product launches and GTM in all regions. Educate and provide learning support to our Distributors, CSG, and partners at the C-Suite. Coordinate and evaluate languagespecific requirements for Einstein One Copilots and Einstein AI platforms.

Customer Engagement Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers during presales and postsales implementations to drive
pipeline and product adoption

  • Present product vision and strategy to customer executives in our special
Salesforce Innovation Center

  • Participate in Product Advisory Councils in key regions globally
  • Evangelize our roadmap with our customers, partners, and employees.

Qualifications:

  • High energy and passion for the job
  • The equivalent of 15+ years of product management or similar experience.
  • Handson AI Product experience (ML, Gen AI)
  • Experience in driving strategic sales engagements
  • Experience in working in fastpaced startup environments
  • Experience drive scale and repeatable process programs
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience in highlevel business discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. (A focus on engineering, computer science, and data science is a plus)
  • Ability to lead with Salesforce values and culture
  • Complete with patience under pressure and a sense of humor and camaraderie
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professional
backgrounds
