- Account management, including project management to complete deliverables, on-time and with high-quality, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients – fostering strong and collaborative relationships
- Consistent execution of strategic pitch writing and targeting that results in top-tier media placements for our clients
- Professional interactions with clients, vendors, media, and colleagues
- Provide creative, thoughtful ideas/initiatives relevant to the client (all the while being mindful of budgets and expectations)
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and media coverage to provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing client campaigns
- Review writing and media lists of junior staff and provide positive and constructive feedback
- Demonstrate best practices and be an example for junior staff
- Report delegation and review

- 4-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably with a focus on wine & spirits, or similar industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and executing integrated PR campaigns from concept to completion.
- Deep understanding of the wine landscape, including industry trends, key players, and regulatory considerations.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences across various channels.
- Strong media relations skills, with a robust network of contacts in relevant trade, consumer, and lifestyle outlets.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, able to develop innovative strategies that differentiate our clients in the market.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We are recruiting for an Senior Account Executive with the top public relations agencies in the US for the wine industry. With a phenomenal reputation and expertise, this in an incredible opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious wine producers in the country to build their brand and reputation. This approximately 70 person firm has offices in Miami, New York and San Francisco. This role will be based in the San Francisco office on a team of 10 and will work a hybrid schedule.
The right candidate for the Sr Account Executive position must have 4-5 years of PR experience and excellent wine knowledge. The ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once and to deadline is also critically important.
