- Lead strategic engagement of enterprise customers for the company
- Work closely with Sales Development to target potential customers & key contacts
- Engage senior executives in the human resources and compensation departments
- Manage meetings with and delivery of presentations and proposals to customers
- Coordinate new customer onboarding with the customer success team
- Manage sales opportunities to successful closure, including the decision making, procurement and contracting processes
- Maintain an accurate & updated opportunity pipeline and provide key deal updates
- Market-leading compensation based on meeting bookings and revenue targets
- Well organized and up-to-date customer and contact data and intelligence
- Utilize Hubspot CRM, Avoma, ZoomInfo and other tools to ensure all customer information, contacts and activities are entered accurately and up-to-date.
- Professional sales experience of 5 years or more, with a proven track record of success
- Technical background (Engineering, Product, Data, etc.)
- Prior experience in human resources and/or technology fields
- Understanding of the human resources technology, consulting & partnership ecosystem
- Desire to take your enterprise sales career to the next level
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Positive and energetic outlook, excellent listening ability and strong writing skills
- Demonstrated outstanding performance in a previous sales role
- Excellent reporting of key metrics, attainment and revenue growth plans
- Competitive, results-oriented, motivated, and driven to exceed goals
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
- Healthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)
- 401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company's 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions only
- Paid Time Off (PTO): fifteen (15) days of PTO on an annual basis.
