    **Sales Manager**

    at Truework Remote At Truework we are hyper-focused on building products that enable businesses and consumers to regain control over how their sensitive information is shared online. Our platform and services empower lenders to complete verifications quickly and accurately while enabling organizations to automate the verification process and ensure the privacy of their employees personal data. On the consumer side, we are giving employees unprecedented visibility into how their professional information is shared between third parties such as banks, mortgage lenders and employers. We believe increasing data transparency and returning data controls to the consumer are two crucial steps toward improving the health and safety of the internet as we know it.

    Were excited to add our first Sales Managers to our Sales Leadership team As we drive into 2022, were scaling out our GTM team and kicking things off with 2 Senior Sales Managers; 1 for our Consumer Lending Vertical and the other for our Mortgage Vertical. Were looking for Sales Managers who have no issue rolling up their sleeves and building from the ground up. This opportunity is perfect for anyone who has built out stellar AE teams and has a natural coaching & driving mentality. Candidates who have proven experience as a SaaS & inside sales manager & thrive with building, developing and spearheading a team this role is for you

    **At Truework, this means you will work on and impact:**

    Build, onboard, train & ramp a team of Account Executives

    Develop & coach your team through weekly 1:1s, biannual reviews, quality assurance, and helping your AEs attain both personal & professional career goals

    Iterate on current sales processes, scripts, and incentives to improve conversions through consistency, regiments, and time management which includes Initial communication, accurate qualification, follow-up structure and closing training

    Collaborate cross functionally with key partners in Marketing and Sales Operations

    **What were looking for:**

    Experience building successful AE teams in a high growth SaaS start up environment

    Prior experience iterating & building on sales processes, metrics & KPIs

    Advanced knowledge of Outreach, Salesforce, Gong

    Ability to work effectively across multiple business units including Marketing, Finance and Product Management
