- Promptly and accurately process all gift transactions (gifts, pledges, pledge payments, In-Kind) in Salesforce NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) and related databases using established protocols for gift designation and crediting.
- Identify, research, and analyze new donor prospects and current donors by reviewing and analyzing databases and numerous internal and external resources.
- Accurately manage and maintain donor accounts in Salesforce, including creating and updating accounts as necessary.
- Produce and format ad hoc reports in Salesforce according to purpose specified, including budgeting and accounting, mailing lists, data verification, and others as needed and requested.
- Provide regular communication about incoming gifts to Development Department staff and other internal stakeholders as requested.
- Work with the Development team to prepare and send acknowledgement letters in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work with the Finance Team to assist in monthly reconciliation.
- Work with Development Staff on printing and assembling in-house mailings (annual appeals, events materials, etc.)
- Assist with Gala planning and implementation as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

This is a regular, full-time (40-hours per week) hourly (non-exempt) position starting pay $30.97-$33.71/hour commensurate with experience.
