As an experienced project manager with a background in education and youth development, I bring a unique perspective to project management. With over 10 years of experience as a certified youth leader and lion dance instructor in the Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement, I have honed my skills in program management, task management, leadership, organization, scheduling, budgeting, and critical thinking and problem-solving.

My experience as a Physical Education & Health Educator in the Hayward Unified School District has also provided me with expertise in curriculum development, content development, and differentiated instruction. I have a proven ability to secure funding for new equipment and professional development opportunities for stakeholders using proposal and technical writing, which has enabled me to successfully lead and mentor students through my role as an advisor for the Asian Student Association club and as a coach for the Teresa Hai Dong Lion Dance organization.

In addition to my educational experience, I have worked as a Program Director & Coach for Skyhawks Sports Academy and as a Substitute Teacher at various school districts. Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in collaboration, communication, planning, risk management, and time management.
