With over a decade of experience in bartending, wine service, retail, and event support, I bring a proven ability to excel in both high-volume and startup environments. Skilled in guest services, wine tastings, and event coordination, I’m known for creating warm, inviting spaces and ensuring smooth, memorable customer experiences.
My strong wine knowledge, developed through formal training at the San Francisco Wine School and hands-on industry experience, enables me to deliver high-quality service and connect authentically with diverse clientele. Experience

I bring over ten years of hospitality experience with a focus on wine service, bartending, and event support in San Francisco’s wine and restaurant scene. I currently work at GiGi’s Wine Bar and San Francisco Wine School, balancing customer-facing service with behind-the-scenes coordination for wine education and events. My background includes key roles at Mission Bay Wine & Cheese and Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant, where I contributed to staff training, managed bar operations, and supported high-volume events. I take pride in providing smooth, attentive service, supporting collaborative teams, and continuing to expand my wine knowledge through both professional education and hands-on experience.

Education

Education Summary
During the pandemic, I received a scholarship to San Francisco Wine School, which marked a meaningful shift in my career—from rotating bartending gigs to a focused immersion in the wine world. I completed coursework in California Wine Appellation Specialist, Wine Management, Somm Essentials, and Intro to Wine. Today, I continue to deepen my connection to the industry through my work as a Hospitality Associate at San Francisco Wine School, where I work under the direction of Master Sommelier David Glancy and assist with classroom needs, event and  hospitality. I also hold current RBS and TIPS certifications, and my earlier education includes a Sommelier Intensive with Zach Pace of Foreign Cinema and a Cheese Intensive with Anthea Stolz of Bi-Rite.
