LSSI is hiring afull-timeRecovery Support Specialist.To provide recovery support to residents as part of the Recovery Home team. This includes case management, documentation, and individual meetings with clients. Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays hours vary. Benefits and Perks:

Essential Functions:

To assist Residents in becoming more involved in their own recovery.
To assist/support residents in developing and maintaining recovery-oriented, wellness-focused lifestyles.
To serve as an advocate for residents in the recovery home.
To serve as a mentor for residents in the Recovery Home.
Communicate with Supervisor, treatment team, and collateral agencies to address clients' needs.
Perform intakes when assistance is needed.
To partner with residents to access the services and supports that will help individuals attain. Personal recovery goals.

Position Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
CRSS Required.
Annual TB test.
Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
