REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Applies systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure maximum uptime for SAP users.
  • Involved with hardware, software
  • Works closely with the SAP Support Specialist Level III for timely and satisfactory completion of reporting tasks. Accurate preparation of reports with attention to details.
  • Works closely with SAP Support Specialist Level III for troubleshooting and resolving error messages, handle proper user authorization, and discussion solutions as it pertains to general problem solving for RWMIC SAP modules. The ability to research and answer questions using available resources is essential.
  • Responsible for the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to generation of reports.
  • Responsible for tracking and documenting requests, user interactions and resolutions by using a "service ticket" in the IT software program.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for monthly activity reports about user activity, problems, new developments, and ad hoc requested reports.
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned by Revenue Accounting & IS Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • B.A. or B.S. in technical or business field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working knowledge of fundamental operations of SAP SD and CS software modules required.
  • Advanced skills with MS Office products, specifically Excel and Pivot tables
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans; extremely organized and flexible.
  • High tolerance of stressful situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independent as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with and understanding of crosscultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
  • The following physical demands are required:
  • Stand/Sit/Walk 8 hours per day
