Perma-Seal is seeking a dedicated individual to join our tribe as a Customer Support Specialist. We're in search of self-motivated, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about customer service and sales.

While prior phone sales experience is a plus, it's not a requirement - we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service, assisting both new and existing customers.

Sales Savvy:Utilize your sales skills to identify opportunities for product upselling, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.

Technical Proficiency:Assist customers in pairing Wi-Fi devices, ensuring a seamless and trouble-free experience.

Multi-Channel Support:Handle both outbound and inbound sales calls, making every interaction count.

Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.

What You'll Need:

Reliable transportation to and from work.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent, some college preferred.
2+ years proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
