- AAG strives to offer a connected and communicative workplace across the U.S. we are looking for folks who can self-manage KPI and other metrics related to the business while building the AAG culture in a new field office to launch efforts for the state of California.
- Self-Motivated with sales planning and account management expertise.
- Sourcing new business, utilizing your contacts as well as being resourceful and collaborative with your network, colleagues and using all available tools to reach out to your targeted demographic.
- Increasing AAG market exposure and community awareness of our services to new and existing clients
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of activities, including visits to Host Businesses to ensure an appropriate and safe training environment exists for Apprentices.
- Coaching, accountability and reviewing performance of Apprentices on matters related to their employment, training & education, and general welfare.
- Assist in the selection and appointment of Apprentices and Host Businesses for appropriate placement and training.
- Have a positive outlook, detail oriented, accurate, display common sense and self-motivated

Who are we looking for??
The role:
This role is undertaken in large part in the field, engaging the key decision makers in light vehicle automotive dealerships. (Owners, GM's, Fixed Operations Directors for multiple dealerships) Successful Dealer Development & Apprentice Managers secure dealership commitments to implement workforce training and development opportunities in their respective service centers. AAG Business Development Managers work directly with dealership management teams to integrate our apprenticeship model into the organization as well as prepare dealers for working with a RAP (Registered Apprenticeship Program) and provide any support needed to set both dealership and apprentices up for success.
