APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER
REPORTS TO:
Director of Technology and Data Support Services
WORK YEAR:

- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and critical target dates
- Configure site and library settings for web content management software (i.e., SharePoint)
- Create new sites for web content management software (i.e., WordPress)
- Define and document requirements for enhancements
- Develop training materials and curriculum and conduct formal training sessions
- Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing
- Follow established Quality Assurance standards and policies
- Follow security standards as defined by the Technology Services and Support Department
- Manage permissions for all sites for web content management software (i.e., WordPress and SharePoint)
- Participate in user meetings and training sessions
- Perform analysis to determine requirements and issue resolution
- Provide direction on Data mining and workflow management
- Provide functional and technical support
- Review and implement content-related changes for web content management software based on web analytics (i.e., Google Analytics) reports
- Support Data integrity and governance
- Work with personnel to problem-solve and develop solutions for complex business concerns
