- Market Research: Utilize provided tools for targeted engagement with independent and franchise dealers, facilitating their onboarding with Car Capital.
- Technology and Data Utilization: Leverage data and technology to enhance dealer value through digital platforms.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with team members, thinking creatively to solve problems and optimize processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain awareness and adherence to regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the auto finance industry.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure superior dealer experience through professional and quality customer service.
- Education: BA or BS degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in auto lending services or dealer finance. Proven track record in launching and managing lenders in dealerships.
- Strong working knowledge of automotive dealership operations
- Excellent dealership relationships
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook and Excel).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills; adept at using data for informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of fintech products, technologies, and trends in the auto sector.
