Production Manager

Job Description:

Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing & International Sales, the Production Manager will oversee the bag/converting department, collaborating closely with other supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

This role involves managing personnel and coordinating job orders within the department.

Essential Duties:

Develop and manage department schedules to optimize production efficiency.
Supervise and support department personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee operations in the Converting department, collaborating with other supervisors to meet production goals.
Familiarize oneself with department processes and eventually take on responsibility for job/order scheduling.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in any type of manufacturing environment is required.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in operations managment or similar field and/ or related field.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.
Fulltime position, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. (hours can adjust a little depending on production)

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $75k$85k based on experience and skills which can be discussed during interview.
