• P&L Responsibility &

You'll be responsible for driving profitability within the backup power generation category, which directly translates to success in the solar & Energy storage market.

• Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, aligns perfectly with developing innovative solar & Power storage solutions.
• Your expertise in gathering and analyzing market research will be crucial to understanding customer needs and competitor offerings in the residential backup power space
• Should be able to develop product roadmap with a focus on innovation is essential for staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving industry scenarios.
• Ability to collaborate across functions (engineering, sales, marketing) and communicate effectively with stakeholders is key to bringing successful Power back up solutions to market
