Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong managerial skills and technical expertise.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and customer demands
  • Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of materials
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities as necessary

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, including assembly, fabrication, and warehouse operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable
We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.


Pay:
$61, $73,500.76 per year
