- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files
- Assists with processing of terminations
- Processes occupational injury reports to carrier in a timely manner
- Maintain all OSHA logs within OSHA posting requirements
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR leadership team
- Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions
- Files documents into appropriate employee files
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested
- Prepares new-employee files
- Processes mail for central office
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- At least 2 years of general human resources experience
- At least 2 years of experience with computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, internet, and HRIS systems
- High School Diploma / GED
- Excellent customer service
- Superior oral and written communication
- Healthcare-related experience a plus
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, manage competing demands and develop realistic action plans
- Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness of work to ensure quality

This role administers employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers.
