    POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT

    The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the domestic wholesale business. Cultivating and maintaining strong retail partner relationships with a focus on specialty and major accounts will be key.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

    • Monitor and communicate trends to accounts to drive seasonal orders, extra stock reorders and special orders
    • Project/forecast the OTB; partner with Director of Wholesale to achieve/exceed seasonal the sales budget
    • Pull weekly sales reports to track volume drivers and regular price sell through
    • Partner with operations & logistics teams to process special orders
    • Assist in market material preparation; coordinate and book market appointments, book travel, hotel and transportation for key buying partners
    • Partner with wholesale team on showroom set up, catering, samples, etc.
    • Provide general communication with accounts regarding brand news, mailers, product knowledge
    • Conduct market appointments for dedicated accounts
    • Monitor cancellation of orders through report management, communication with affected account and offer replacements as needed to ensure sales goals are met
    • Support order maintenance, monitor/communicate product edits, extension dates
    • Prepare RA details to issue pre-approved RTVs
    • Review, edit and update orders to ensure accuracy of reports, price lists and line sheets
    • Assist in Trunk Show coordination for major accounts, provide promotional gifts and work with Fashion Office to provide samples for store events
    • Provide visual merchandising materials and direction to accounts

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
    • Exhibits strong organizational skills
    • Flexibility required to support additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to position/department
    • Up to 20% travel may be required as necessary

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversees projects supported by operations team, must be able to work collaboratively and while effectively managing project deadlines
    • Ensures work flow and processes are to maximum efficiencies for business necessity

    ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

    • Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors

    Education/Experience:

    • 3-5 years of account management experience
    • Previous Movex and Crystal programs experience preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
