This is an opportunity for ambitious Account Managers to build a solid book of business and create a real career for themselves at a rapidly growing company.


Our top Account Managers are routinely earning $150k - $200k per year.
We are only seeking individuals who can perform at a high level. This position offers a highly competitive base salary as well as health benefits, 401k matching, and an uncapped commission structure based on your performance


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts
  • Schedule and go through demos of our product
  • Calling on new accounts to build your book of business
  • Reach agreed upon revenue targets based on client retention
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Network and build relationships with the client base
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building
  • Adapt our product recommendations to suit the agents' needs by asking discovery questions and handling objections
  • Identify products that best fit each client's individual needs
  • Consistently followup with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, consult on new features and provide a bestinclass customer experience

Qualifications:


  • 3 + years experience in sales
  • Experience in relationship management
  • Insurance producer experience a plus
  • Strong phone sales skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detailoriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Pay:
$70, $200,000.00 per year
