- Manage and optimize calendars for key executives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Arrange and coordinate all travel details, proactively addressing potential disruptions.
- Handle email correspondences and document requests on behalf of the executives.
- Prepare for and support regular meetings, including the compilation of necessary reports and coordination of meeting logistics.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to manage a busy executive's schedule across multiple time zones.
- Exceptionally organized with a keen ability to forecast and adapt to the needs of the role.
- Experienced in maintaining poise and efficiency in fastpaced and everchanging scenarios.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills, both visual and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
