    We are looking for an Experienced Executive Assistant to Join Our Team at IBKUL

    As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will have a crucial role in providing comprehensive assistance to our CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and enhance productivity.

    Responsibilities:
    • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
    • Organize travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
    • Handle multiple email accounts and correspondence promptly.
    • Prepare and edit documents on behalf of the CEO.
    • Conduct research to support decision-making.
    • Assist in planning meetings and events attended by the CEO.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Anticipate and address the CEO's needs proactively.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
    • Attention to detail and focus on producing high-quality work.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
