    MINT is a luxury concierge company devoted to crafting memorable experiences and surpassing clients' expectations. We deliver the best accommodations and always provide VIP treatment.

    As the Personal Assistant to the CEO of MINT you will ensure that the CEO always feels supported. Your main priorities are to keep the CEO organized, informed, and on schedule. You will be assigned a wide array of tasks including assisting in the management of several real estate properties.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Personal shopping and at times placement or installation of items purchased.
    • Communicating tasks to the estate cleaning and repair staff.
    • Booking reservations, flights, and other travel accommodations.
    • Coordinating and assisting in local and long-distance moves.
    • Managing inventory in each storage unit, retrieving, and storing items as requested.
    • Scheduling and assisting in real estate property staging and showings.
    • Tracking all vendors contact information and property expenses in Excel.
    • Additional responsibilities as periodically assigned.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferred
    • 2+ years of experience with HNWI, preferred
    • Able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, high level of efficiency, and relentless resourcefulness

    Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
