- Strategic Support: Aid the CEO in shaping, executing, and overseeing strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights and suggestions on business strategies, operations, and performance metrics.
- Operational Management: Supervise the daily operations of the executive office.
- Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel plans.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO, senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee special projects and initiatives as delegated by the CEO.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions for successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
- Leadership and Team Support: Mentor and assist the executive team in attaining organizational objectives.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and excellence-driven culture within the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering feedback and insights on various issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a strategic, operational, or executive support role in the Telecommunications Industry (mandatory)
- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and propelling strategic initiatives.
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to interact proficiently with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- You must be a native speaker of Spanish and/or Portuguese as most of our team (95%) is based in Latin America and the Caribbean.
