Full Job Description
As the
Chief of Staff a
t EdgeUno,
you will play a pivotal role
in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, driving strategic initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Support
:
Assist the CEO in developing, implementing, and
monitoring
strategic initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations on business strategies, operations, and performance metrics.
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Operational Management
:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the executive office.
Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's agenda, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure
timely
and efficient execution of projects and tasks assigned by the CEO.
Communication and Liaison
:
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders.
Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
Project Management
:
Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Track project progress,
identify
risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
Leadership and Team Support
:
Mentor and support the executive team in achieving organizational goals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing feedback and insights on various matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a strategic, operational, or executive support role in Telecommunications Industry (mandatory)
Proven

of successfully managing projects and driving strategic initiatives.
