    Hope Hearing & Tinnitus Center is seeking a proactive and dedicated Front Office Coordinator to join their growing team in Southlake, TX

    As the first point of contact for the practice, the Front Office Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, the Front Office Coordinator embodies professionalism, reliability, and a shared commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

    The ideal candidate enjoys being a part of a high-performing team, growing personally and professionally, and establishing long-lasting patient relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Greeting and welcoming patients, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
    • Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or routing them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients.
    • Scheduling and following up on appointments.
    • Validating payment methods and benefit coverage.
    • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate recipients.
    • Supporting various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
    • Collaborating with team members as needed to maintain smooth daily operations.
    • Maintaining strict confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.


    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position is preferred.
    • High school diploma, undergraduate degree preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations with ease.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Computer knowledge is required- Google Drive and Microsoft Office Programs and the ability to learn new programs.
